Group Programs

Experience the power of community, collective healing and co-creation

The Power of Group Work

While individual therapy offers deep transformation, groups add a collective dimension that catalyzes healing in unique ways. When people committed to change come together with intention, something larger than individual work becomes possible.

We heal in relationship. We discover ourselves through others. In groups, you experience the support of witnessing and being witnessed—of seeing your struggles reflected in others and your growth inspiring theirs. You have the opportunity to practice new ways of being in real-time, with immediate feedback and authentic connection.

Groups create a container where vulnerability becomes strength, where isolation dissolves into belonging, and where individual transformation ripples outward, touching everyone in the circle.

Types of Groups

Process Groups

Create a microcosm of authentic relating. Explore patterns, practice vulnerability, and experience healing through connection. Focus on the present moment—what's alive within you and between group members.

What happens: Group members share what's alive, work with parts and emotions, practice authentic relating
Who it's for: Anyone seeking deeper connection, emotional & relational healing, showing up authentically
Format: 90-minute weekly sessions, ongoing groups of 6-8 members
Availability: Contact for current openings

Skill-Building Groups

Develop specific capacities supporting freedom and authentic living. Topics include emotional regulation, IFS practice, somatic awareness, and communication skills.

What happens: Teaching + practice + experiential exercises. Learn concepts and immediately apply them
Who it's for: Those wanting practical tools, people new to experiential work, anyone deepening specific capacities
Format: 90-minute weekly sessions, time-limited series (typically 8-12 weeks)

Nondual Awareness Groups

Explore and practice recognition of awareness itself. Discover the innate freedom that's always already here through guided inquiry, meditation, and shared exploration.

What happens: Practices from effortless mindfulness and nondual traditions, inquiry into nature of awareness

How Groups Work

The Container

The group container is established and maintained through clear agreements, consistent structure, and shared commitment. This includes confidentiality agreements, guidelines for respectful communication, and a commitment to showing up regularly. The safety of the container allows for vulnerability and authentic expression to emerge naturally.

Group Size & Composition

Process groups work best with 6-8 members, creating intimacy while maintaining diverse perspectives. Skill-building groups can accommodate up to 12 participants. Mixed experience levels are welcome—newcomers bring fresh perspectives while experienced members model vulnerability and growth. The diversity of backgrounds and perspectives enriches the collective work.

My Role as Facilitator

As facilitator, my role is to:

  • Hold the space and ensure emotional and relational safety for all members
  • Guide experiential processes and practices with care and attunement
  • Support both individual work and group dynamics as they unfold
  • Help members connect authentically while respecting boundaries

Virtual Groups

All groups meet via secure video platform, creating accessibility for participants across California. While it may seem surprising, the virtual format proves to be surprisingly intimate and effective for deep group work.

Camera-on participation is required to maintain connection and presence within the group.

Investment

$45per session

All groups are $45 per group session that you attend. This pay-per-session model provides flexibility while making group work accessible. Sliding scale options are available for those with financial constraints.

Common Questions

What if I've never been in group therapy before?

Most people haven't! Groups are designed to meet you where you are. Initial nervousness is completely normal, and we create safety for everyone to find their way into the work.

How do I know which group is right for me?

During our consultation, we'll explore your needs, experience level, and what you're seeking. I'll help you determine the best fit based on your goals and where you are in your journey.

What if I know someone in the group?

Generally, it's best if group members don't have outside relationships, as this can complicate the group dynamics and confidentiality. We can discuss specific situations during the consultation.

Can I do both individual therapy and group?

Many people find the combination especially powerful. Individual work can deepen what happens in group, and group experiences often enrich individual sessions.

What's the time commitment?

Process and nondual awareness groups are ongoing—you stay as long as it serves your growth. Skill-building groups are time-limited series. Regular, consistent attendance is expected for all group types.
