Individual therapy offers dedicated space for profound transformation—a sanctuary where you can bring your whole self, explore what's been hidden or protected, and discover the intimacy with life and yourself that's always been yours.

This is experiential work, not traditional talk therapy. Together, we'll engage the wisdom of your body, work with the different parts of yourself, and address wounds at their root. This is collaborative, compassionate work oriented toward lasting change rather than symptom management.

Experiential Modalities

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, each offering unique pathways to healing:

Internal Family Systems (IFS) — Working with different parts of yourself to create internal harmony, letting go of old burdens and learning to lead from your true Self
Coherence Therapy — Targeting memory reconsolidation to create lasting transformation of emotional patterns and implicit beliefs
Somatic Techniques — Engaging the wisdom of your body to heal trauma and restore nervous system regulation
Effortless Mindfulness — Accessing awake awareness as the ground of your being and learning to let life flow through you, going beyond the constructed self

Root-Level Healing

Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, we'll work at the level of memory reconsolidation—the neurological process through which emotional learnings and implicit beliefs can be fundamentally transformed. When we access and update these deep learnings, change isn't just cognitive; it's transformational and lasting.

This means you're not just learning to cope with anxiety, depression, or reactive patterns—you're transforming the emotional learnings that generate them. The result is fundamental shifts in how you experience yourself and the world, rather than temporary relief.

Format: 50-minute or 80-minute virtual sessions via secure video

Frequency: Weekly sessions recommended for depth work

Commitment: No required minimum, but transformation unfolds over time

Assessment: We'll regularly assess progress and adjust as needed

Experiential approaches work differently than traditional talk therapy. If you haven't experienced root-level healing through modalities like IFS, Somatic or Coherence Therapy, this may offer something new.

Do I need to be in crisis to benefit?

Not at all. This work is for anyone seeking greater freedom, whether you're struggling with specific symptoms or simply sensing there's more available in life.

Can I do therapy if I'm already meditating or in spiritual practice?

Absolutely. Therapy and contemplative practice complement each other beautifully. Many clients find that healing psychological wounds deepens their spiritual practice.
